BVFC Players, please be cautious and aware. The Philadelphia Police Department is looking for a man wanted for questioning in connection with several reports of indecent exposure at Starr-Garden. Concerned neighbors managed to snap a picture of the culprit, caught in the act. He is described as caucasian, with brown hair, and around six feet in height. If you have seen this individual, please call the police.
