Thursday: Waffles beat Burritos
Bonte had a win over el Fuego yesterday. The score at the half was 2-0, and the burritos lost 2 players due to injury (hamstring and quad pull). Short handed, and only 8 men strong, the burritos were left to defend the waffles, a tough task considering they played a 2 man defense. The waffles put 6 goals and it ended 8-0. Adel scored 4, Chris bull, Ricky, Bula, and Big Kev scored the others. Thank you Sarah for reffing.
On Tuesday, Vesuvio beat Roosters 3-0 while Race St. lost to Patriots 2-0, a first.

el fuego were badly beaten by bonte. well done bonte. the report is at least a little inaccurate as el fuego played with three defenders the entire game. in the second half we played with almost everyone behind the half… as time went on we got stretched and conceded goal after goal. well done bonte. we did our best but with eight players it just wasn’t realistic.
