Race, Vesuvio, Fergies chasing Patriots; Via above Roosters!
What do you know, Patriots at the top but have played 4. Roosters need to get their act together now, or no playoffs for them. Via drew with Vesuvio! Maybe Via is finding its wheels finally!

Just curious about the standings - Vesuvio is listed as having 8 goals against so far, but has won 5-2, 2-1 and had a 1-1 draw. That’s more like 4 goals against, right?

In a real nail-biter, the Race Cheaters, er Streeters, nipped Fergies 7-1. Not a pleasant night for Fergies as they played 3 men down for a majority of the game. And played musical goalies with appearances by Porey, Steffen & Marco. But a lot of heart was shown as they were run ragged but didn’t give up. Tri with 15 mins left in the match, started to cramp up. At that point, we were ready to call it a night. However, moments later Tri was back on the pitch.
Congrats to Conrad and the boys on their victory.
Thanks to Ricky, Charlie & Chris Reg for working the game. As Chris put it the other night, we are also working on our “game behavior” however I, personally, at times have trouble. I am working on it. Just tell me to shut my trap!
Luca Toni? Compared to Vince, he’s crap. I bet Toni has never even delivered a baby. In fact, I think Toni was still on the draft board when Conrad picked Vince.
Cheers to Fergie’s last night. It’s tough to get motivated to play shorthanded, but they never gave up and played really hard until the last whistle.
